Constellations for participation in the final

The decision for participating in the final of the 2009 ARAG WORLD TEAM CUP in the Blue Group will be made between three teams – and in the doubles at that. The following constellations are possible:

Serbia in the final
- if they defeat Italy
- if they lose 2-1 to Italy and Argentina beats Russia 2-1 (head-to-head result decisive after tie in matches)

Argentina in the final
- if they defeat Russia 2-1 and Serbia lose 3-0 to Italy
- if they defeat Russia 3-0 and Serbia lose to Italy

Italy in the final
- if they defeat Serbia 3-0 and Argentina lose to Russia

The decision in the Red Group is easy: The winner of the tie between Germany and Sweden will play for the title on Saturday.
