The US team currently playing at the ARAG WORLD TEAM CUP had a lot of fun when they visited the American football club Rhein Fire Duesseldorf.

James Blake, Mardy Fish and the Bryan twins exchanged their tennis racquets with shoulder pads, shirts and helmets of the local representative of NFL Europe and could be distinguished from the muscle-loaded football players just by their relatively thin thighs.

"They are all still so young and hungry," said Blake, who was astounded when various match situations were played. "I am very grateful that tennis once and again gives me the opportunity to get to know other sports too."

The 27-year-old Blake also met J.D. Washington, the son of American movie star Denzel Washington, who was recently contracted by Rhein Fire. Duesseldorf (pps)
